Three things worth knowing.
Growth length
Hair needs to be around a quarter of an inch — roughly two to three weeks since your last shave or wax. Any shorter and the wax can't grip properly.
Deposits
Every service needs a deposit to hold the slot, from $5 to $60 depending on the service, and it comes off your total on the day.
48 hours notice
Cancelling or rescheduling needs 48 hours notice. Inside that window the deposit is forfeited — there's no extra fee beyond that.
