At DIORherSkin, I value both your time and mine. To provide the best experience for every client, the following applies:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
• No additional cancellation fee is charged beyond the forfeited deposit.
• No-call, no-show appointments will result in being unable to book future appointments with DIORherSkin.
• If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client.
• Emergencies and extenuating circumstances are handled at the discretion of DIORherSkin.

Every service requires a deposit to secure your appointment, and it goes toward your service total on the day.

Deposits range from $5 for a lip wax to $60 for the Luxe Brightening Vajacial, and the exact amount is shown next to each service on the services page and at checkout when you book.

Deposits are forfeited if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next client isn't affected.

If you're running behind, message as early as you can and I'll tell you honestly whether we can still fit the full service in.

Hair should be around a quarter of an inch — roughly two to three weeks of growth. Shorter than that and the wax has nothing to grip.

Come freshly showered, skip heavy lotions and oils on the day, and avoid retinoids or strong exfoliating acids on the area for a few days beforehand.

If you're on any medication that affects the skin, including Accutane, please mention it when you book.

For the first 24 to 48 hours, avoid heat, heavy sweating, swimming and tight fabrics while the skin settles.

Start gentle exfoliation from around 48 hours to keep follicles clear, and keep the area hydrated daily. This is what prevents ingrown hairs — it matters more than anything done during the appointment itself.
